Privacy notice
Lee Chalmers, practising as The Considered Life, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. This notice explains what I collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the message you write. Please don't send detailed personal or health information through the form. Enquiries are stored privately using Lovable Cloud; other website visitors cannot access them.
Why I use it
I use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, to arrange sessions. The lawful basis is your consent and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
How long I keep it
If we do not go on to work together, I delete enquiries within six months. Client records are handled separately and explained at our first session.
Sharing
I do not sell or share your information for marketing. It is held by Lovable Cloud, my website host and, when we correspond by email, my email provider, who process it on my behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or withdraw consent at any time, by replying to any email from me. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
